The room was very functional and attractive. The location was a bit out of the way but, if you provide yourself plenty of time, Extended Stay America was easy enough to find. The bed was very comfortable.

Staying at Extended Stay America in Irvine was a memorable experience. The room was not only comfortable but also clean and well-maintained. The room was clean and in good repair, except for the first room we got where the bathroom was in the middle of being repaired, with tools resting on the toilet. The staff was friendly and tried hard.

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews other people have left for this property at all. The wifi worked great, the air conditioning was perfect and the to go breakfast was exactly what was advertised. The staff was very helpful & accommodating. The room was just what you expect for this type of hotel & it was clean. It's an easy walk to Fivepoint Amphitheater and the train station. Highly recommend!

Ac was super cold. And they had it turned on before I checked it so it was nice and chilled in the room.

The location. Rooms are as good as can be expected. Could have been a regular size fridge perhaps. This hotel has small size fridge. No pool.

The property is really nice, clean and quiet and full of beautiful plants and trees. The room was really clean with a comfortable bed. There’s a 7/11 steps away that stays open all night.

Friendly, helpful clerk checked me in. There was sufficient parking for our vehicle with a small trailer. The location was just off of I-5 and easy to get to.
